ShipConstructor Software Inc. of Victoria, Canada (SSI CA) is proud to announce that we have officially purchased all shares in ShipConstructor Software USA, Inc. of Mobile, Alabama, USA (SSI USA). We have taken over all operations effective immediately.
Patrick D. Cahill, former CEO of SSI USA, has left to pursue other opportunities and will no longer be affiliated with ShipConstructor. We thank Mr. Cahill for his efforts and hard work over the past two years and wish him the best of luck for the future.
We also congratulate Patrick Roberts, who will be taking over as Director of Operations at SSI USA. Mr. Roberts’ top priority is to maintain the high quality of service and support that customers have always received.
